Sometimes you just need some relatable feel good art to lift your spirits.
I love following art accounts on Instagram because I can relate to them in some way. I enjoy art that includes text because it’s nice to see a message that you can laugh at and share with friends. Whether you’re creative or not, you can always appreciate art. There are endless artists and designers from all over the world on several platforms like Instagram or Pinterest. You are bound to find at least one that you like!
Finding things that make you feel good takes time. But I’ve learned that art and creativity are a contributing factor to my happiness, so I make time for these things. Whether you enjoy journaling, listening to music, baking cookies, watching a movie, doing yoga, making art…keep doing your thing!
