Insomnia. The greatest enemy of those who cherish their sleep the most. I’ve tried countless exercises and remedies to regulate my sleeping pattern, with most of them failing. Then, I came across this product. Here is how I fixed my sleep with CBD.
After countless research, of what would be a natural but efficient way to aid sleep, I came across a company called Hemp Crew, specializing in CBD products.
What is CBD?

A few months ago I started developing sleeping issues, something I never experienced before. Irritated at my body for not listening to me, I took NyQuil and was even groggier waking up. Then I took melatonin and felt an unhealthy addiction forming as a reaction. Just wanting something to help me sleep, that wouldn’t affect my body negatively, the frustration grew.
Immediately after contacting Hemp Crew, Nadja was kind enough to send me a care package and get that sleep rhythm going!
Where Do I Start?
Not too long after placing my order (Great customer service alert!) I received a package and was greeted with 3 wonderful products. Lavender CBD oil, Pink Grapefruit CBD oil, and CBD Balm. Excited to get the process going, I asked a bunch of questions such as “What is the best way to start? How much should I use? Is there a specific amount of time I should wait to properly feel the results?” I used Lavender CBD oil, to begin with.
I started with 7-10 drops, the first night, to feel effects, going down to 6-7 drops the following days. The effect of the drops going into your body already begins at the first contact. I would describe it as warm and tingly. You will recognize a distinct CBD taste that is hard to miss, and the lavender/grapefruit gives it a wonderful touch.
I did not know what to expect, but little did I know how refreshed I would wake up the next day. To switch it up a bit, I tried the Pink Grapefruit the next day, as I was told not to take both products on the same day. You just as equally get that warm, yummy, tingly feeling when consuming the drops. I used just one product a day, mainly focusing on the lavender CBD oil for a week straight. A week after starting my healthy sleep journey, I can say I am extremely satisfied with the results.
An incredible addition to the effects I experienced through CBD, is the decrease of my anxiety. Furthermore, I no longer have to wake up as much during the night. Even if I wake up, it is extremely easy to fall asleep again. I’m happy to say I’ve been waking up feeling refreshed, and energized to take on the days ahead of me!
Lastly, unrelated to sleep, the Hemp Balm helped my upper right shoulder pain. Just a tiny bit rubbed into the affected spot will do the trick. Tip: allow yourself to feel the changes going on in your body as you use these products! Mind to body connection is a great benefit, to developing a healthy relationship with yourself.
